Neon Fit privacy policy
Neon Fit: Glow Block Puzzle is a game by tancode (Ahmet Aytanözü). There is no account, and the game never asks for your e-mail, phone number or real name. This page explains what is stored, what is sent, to whom, and why. Last updated 2026-09-23.
Kept on your device
Your scores, Journey progress and stars, player level, quests, streak, collected block styles, power-up charges and settings are saved on your phone. Deleting the game deletes them, unless your phone restores them from its own backup.
Advertising
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob: a banner, full-screen ads (for example between games), and rewarded ads you choose to watch for a revive or a power-up. Neon Fit Pro removes the banner and full-screen ads. To choose and measure ads, AdMob receives information about your device, such as its model, operating system, IP address, and the device's advertising identifier where you allow it.
On iPhone, the game asks for permission to track before the advertising identifier can be used; if you decline, ads are not personalised with it. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a consent form from Google lets you choose how your data is used for ads, and you can change that choice at any time in Settings, "Privacy". You can also reset or limit the advertising identifier in your phone's settings. Google's policy: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
What the game counts
We use Firebase Analytics (Google) to see how the game is played: which levels are started, won or lost, scores, how far the tutorial gets, which power-ups are used, when an ad or the Pro offer is shown, and whether a purchase goes through. It also records what each ad impression earned, so we can see what the free version pays for. Firebase gives the app an anonymous instance identifier so the same phone is not counted twice. We do not send anything that says who you are, and analytics data is combined with AdMob only to measure ads.
We use Firebase Crashlytics to find crashes and errors. When the game crashes or a screen fails to draw, it sends a technical report: where in the code it happened, the game version, the phone model and the operating system version. Firebase Remote Config lets us adjust game settings without an update. Firebase's policy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
Purchases
Neon Fit Pro is an optional subscription. Payment is taken by Apple or Google under their terms; we never see payment details. We use RevenueCat to confirm the subscription and unlock Pro. RevenueCat receives an anonymous, randomly generated app user ID, the purchase receipt, the store, your country and currency, your device platform and the game version. It does not receive your name or e-mail. RevenueCat's policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.
Leaderboards
If you are signed in to Game Center on iPhone or Google Play Games on Android, your Classic high score is sent to the leaderboard there, under the name you use in that service. Apple and Google handle that account under their own policies; we do not receive your e-mail.
Reminders
If you allow notifications, the game schedules reminders on your phone, for example to keep your daily streak. They are set up on the device itself; no notification server holds your data.
Update check
When it opens, the game asks tancode.dev whether an update is needed. Like any web request, this reaches our server with your IP address and a basic description of the device. We keep the date, the country, the device type and a one-way hash in place of the IP address, and use them only to count requests.
Data we do not collect
Location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health data, and anything you type. There are no chats and no accounts.
Children
Neon Fit is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has used the game and want their data removed, write to us.
Your rights
Data on your device is removed by deleting the game. You can ask us to delete the analytics and crash data tied to your phone's anonymous identifiers, or ask anything else about your data, at [email protected]. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR, KVKK or LGPD give you further rights, and we will honour them.
Changes
When this policy changes, this page is updated and the date above is renewed. The terms of use cover the rest of how the game may be used.
