Neon Fit terms of use

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play Neon Fit on devices you own or control, under the rules of the App Store or Google Play. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell the game, or use cheats or tools that interfere with it.

Neon Fit Pro

Neon Fit Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription. It removes the banner and full-screen ads and adds the Pro features described in the game. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends. If a free trial is offered, it turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then.

You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings, and restore it on another device signed in to the same account from the Pro screen, "Restore Purchase". Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Prices differ by country and may change; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

In-game items

Stars, charges, rewards, block styles and other items earned in the game have no money value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred. They belong to the game on your device and may be rebalanced between versions.

Advertising

The free version shows ads from third parties through Google AdMob. We do not control the content of those ads or the sites they lead to, and anything you do with an advertiser is between you and them. How ads use data is described in the privacy policy.

Availability

We may update, change or remove levels, modes and features, and a version may stop working when a newer one is required. We aim to keep your progress through updates, but progress is stored on your device and can be lost if the device is reset or the game is deleted.

Liability

Neon Fit is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes

When these terms change, this page is updated and the date above is renewed.
