Night Train terms of use

The app

Night Train is a calming companion for the time before sleep. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat or cure insomnia or any condition, and is not a substitute for professional advice. If you have persistent sleep problems, talk to a doctor.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Night Train on devices you own, under the rules of the App Store or Google Play. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app.

Night Train Plus

Three nights are free. A night is a calendar day on which you opened the app. So that those three nights stay three, the app remembers the dates in a place that survives the app being deleted and installed again. They are dates only, they stay on your device, and they are described in the privacy policy.

After the three nights, riding again needs Night Train Plus: a single purchase, paid once, on the store account you bought it with. There is no subscription and nothing renews. You can restore it on any device signed in to the same store account, from Settings, "Restore purchases".

Payment is taken by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Prices differ by country and may change. A change never affects a purchase already made.

Content and availability

The landscapes, sounds and events in Night Train are generated by the app and may change between versions. We may update, change or discontinue features.

Liability

Night Train is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

Changes

When these terms change, this page is updated and the date above is renewed.
