A free mobile question bank with more than 1.5 million past exam questions and answer keys for Turkey's three open-education systems: Anadolu AÖF, ATA AÖF and AUZEF.
Past exam questions are the most valuable study material for open-education students, yet they were scattered across sites in different formats, often without answer keys. AÖF Pusula collects them in one app.
Questions from more than 2,800 courses are grouped by midterm, final, make-up and summer school. Wrongly answered questions enter a spaced repetition (Leitner) queue and come back before they are forgotten. AI-generated explanations walk through each solution step by step.
The app is built with Flutter for iOS and Android, with a web edition at aofpusula.com that shares the same question archive.
How it was built
The hard part was not the app but the archive: three universities, thousands of courses and years of exam papers in different formats, often without answer keys. Most of the work went into matching every question to the right course and exam period and removing duplicates, so that a student can trust that a 2023 midterm really is that midterm.
On the study side the decisive choice was spaced repetition. Wrong answers are not just marked; they come back on a schedule, so the app turns a question archive into a study plan. AI explanations were added on top for the questions where an answer key alone is not enough.

- Yes. Questions and answer keys are free. An optional subscription removes ads and lifts the limit on AI explanations.

- Do the questions include answer keys?
- Yes. Every question has its correct answer marked, and most have an explanation.
